Kendako

 

 Kendako founded by a psuaedo and a halfline is on the outside a farming community. However deep within its surrounding mountains lies a secret city of thieves murderers and all manner of shady folk. This city is only rumored to even exist. A strange tactic the city has however is to set up city boundaries in remote areas via small signs. When travelers stray onto these areas the Order of the Shadow comes riding in and announces a required tithe for passing on their lands. Those who refuse are slain. Kendako is divided into city sections and is run by gangs, the most prominent being the order of the shadow of whom all respect or fear. Anything goes in this city except for two rules. Don’t mess with the Order, and don’t mess with the farmers who are of course practically immune to harm. The Order of the Shadow has decreed that the farmers are necessary to the survival of the city and are therefore under the direct protection of the Order.Kendako was once attacked by Neckalroth The Black a dragon who caused the city to collapse in on itself. The citizens dug their way out and have remained in fear of that dragon ever since.
